Hand-crafted in our workshop, the tile is a square of glass one centimeter thick and thirty-one centimeters on each side,  processed at very high temperature (800° C).

The surface of the glass is shaped by texture variation, ranging from a few millimeters to one centimeter. This unique depth will shape the very particular design of the projection.

To obtain this texture, wemanually design plaster, earth or metal molds in which the glass will settle, over many hours. Our hand-made molds are shaped by different processes (sculpture, engraving, imprinting, modeling).

We use traditional and contemporary glass painting techniques for coloring. Cements, enamels and grisailles fuse with the glass during firing.
